Hi, I’m Romy, NLP Coach, Advanced NLP Practitioner, and Mindfulness Teacher

And together we are going to reimagine what your internal map of the world can look like, so you can feel better, be more confident, improve your self-esteem and share your gifts with the world.

I am committed to helping my clients break through what they refer to as “blocks” at a subconscious level, which are just beliefs and repetitive dynamics, so we can design how they get to experience life and business.

I have transformed my own stories of abandonment, money drama, crippling self-doubt, co-dependency, depression, and more, into fierce confidence, calm and peace, stability, healthy boundaries, and thriving relationships.

My client’s results have been life-changing, and by their accounts, practically miraculous. Not because “I’M” amazing, but because the tools work.

I admit, that is how I felt after I first experienced NLP. I couldn’t believe that I was handling things the way that I was. I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t freaking about something that would’ve derailed me in the past.

My zone of genius is in going laser-deep into your internal dynamics, patterns, and see blind spots that you cant see for yourself. Through a line of questioning that I have created myself, I help my clients find their biggest wounds, limiting beliefs, behaviors, and emotions, and take it straight to breakthrough.

I fully believe that you already have the instincts, the greatness, and the tenacity you need to create the life you’ve been looking for.

Methodology

I take my clients through Guided Discovery, where I create a safe environment for us to get to the root of things.

It’s my job to identify and illuminate the stories you’ve been living in, support you in re-writing these beliefs and re-discovering your true, innate greatness. I am committed to help you reimagine a life where your only job is living your best life possible.

I use my training and experience as a business owner to work with my clients to release, edit, and transform their internal programming.

My coaching style is dynamic and non-judgemental, positive, and also bold and direct. I want my clients to feel flow through their transformation and to have the satisfaction of seeing their results almost immediately.

As a result, my clients break through career and personal barriers, approach life with radical responsibility, feel more connected than ever to their values and purpose, and ultimately create personal, professional, and financial success they never thought possible.

On a personal level…

When I am not spending time with my clients, I love tending to my “analog” life, which looks like taking care of my plants, home, and critters, and occasionally fostering animals through a Chicago rescue.

I love to get out and spend time in nature, and I’m a huge nerd so I’ll probably be reading something. Let’s face it, I’m usually delayed in returning personal phone calls, so a lot of time goes there, but I always make sure my mom gets phone time.

In my personal world, I explore a lot of esoterica, counter-culture, and spiritual practices. I love Karl Jung and practice lucid dreaming.

I have a large and massively impractical vintage china collection (mostly tea sets). I have lived in four different countries and nine different cities including NYC, Vegas, and Palm Springs.

Things I love:

  • Vintage finds

  • Classic literature

  • Sleep

  • Quality time with friends & family

  • Tea

  • LPs

  • Comfortable pants

  • A good sense of humor

  • A good playlist

  • Environmental advocacy
